1Bitcoin.ca is a non-custodial Bitcoin platform. Once your Canadian dollar deposit has been received and processed, your Bitcoin purchase is automatically completed and delivered directly to your verified Whitelisted Wallet.
There is no need to manually withdraw Bitcoin from your account.
1️⃣ Complete Your Account Setup
Before making a deposit, you'll need to:
Complete identity verification
Upload your proof of residence (if required)
Add and verify your Whitelisted Bitcoin Wallet
Your Whitelisted Wallet must be confirmed by email before it becomes active.
2️⃣ Make a Deposit
Fund your account using:
Interac e-Transfer
Bank Wire (Unavailable at the moment)
Once your deposit has been received and any required compliance checks have been completed, your Bitcoin purchase will automatically be processed.

Once your purchase has been processed:
Your Bitcoin is automatically sent to your active verified Whitelisted Wallet.
You do not need to manually request a Bitcoin withdrawal.
You'll receive a confirmation once the transaction has been sent to the Bitcoin network.

Bitcoin is delivered only to your active verified Whitelisted Wallet.
If you need to change your Whitelisted Wallet, the change requires email confirmation, two-factor authentication (2FA), and is subject to a 24-hour security waiting period.
Bitcoin transactions cannot be reversed once they have been broadcast to the Bitcoin network.
