1Bitcoin supports funding your account via Interac e-Transfer. The following guide will help you make your first deposit and purchase Bitcoin in no time. In order to deposit funds, you must have a verified 1Bitcoin.ca Account. Please ensure you have completed KYC in order to proceed with funding.
Step One:
Navigate to your 1Bitcoin Dashboard and select the "Deposit" button, highlighted below.
Step Two:
Select "Canadian Dollar" as the currency you wish to deposit.
Step Three:
On this screen you will see details regarding making an e-Transfer deposit. In order to make sure your deposit goes smoothly, please ensure that:
You send your e-Transfer to [email protected]
The Bank account that you are sending funds from is in your name.
You are not sending from a business bank account.
The Unique Code is attached to your eTransfer as a note.

Step Four:
Once you have sent the e-Transfer via your banking platform, you must wait for the funds to be successfully received by us. Deposits are processed within the same business day.
