Why is my deposit not reflected in my Your Bitcoin Partner account?
If your deposit is not showing in your Your Bitcoin Partner account, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
1. Uncredited or Missing Deposits
Deposits must originate from a bank account registered in the verified customer’s name. If the sender name on the incoming transfer does not match the name on your Your Bitcoin Partner account, the deposit will be classified as a third-party payment and cannot be accepted due to regulatory requirements. In such cases, the funds will be returned to the originating bank account. Ensure that your bank account details match your verified account information to avoid this issue.
2. Automatic Purchase Flow for CAD Deposits
Your Bitcoin Partner uses an automatic purchase flow for CAD deposits. When your deposit is received, it is automatically used to purchase Bitcoin, which is then sent directly to your active, verified whitelisted wallet. As a result, funds are not held as a CAD balance in your account. Please confirm that your whitelisted wallet address is correct before making a deposit, as Bitcoin transactions are irreversible once processed. Note that the Auto Buy feature cannot be disabled.
3. Corporate Deposits and Transaction History
If you are using a corporate account, deposits must be matched to your corporate Unique ID. To view these deposits and their transaction history, you need to switch from your personal profile to your corporate account within the app. To do this, click on your name in the profile menu and select the corporate account. Once switched, all corporate transactions and deposits will be visible under that account. By understanding these scenarios, you can ensure that your deposits are processed correctly and avoid common issues.
