⏱️ When Delays Can Occur

Most withdrawals are processed quickly, but delays can occasionally happen.

For CAD withdrawals, requests submitted after 4:00 PM EST, on weekends, or during bank holidays may not be processed until the next business day.

For Bitcoin withdrawals, delays are most commonly caused by network congestion or confirmation times on the Bitcoin blockchain.

Additional verification or security reviews may also increase processing times in some situations.
