⏱️ First, Give It a Moment

  • eTransfers: Typically arrive in 30 minutes

  • Bank wires: Take 1–2 business days

  • Bitcoin: Credited after 1 blockchain confirmation


✅ Checklist: eTransfer Deposits

  • Was the email address exactly as shown in your dashboard?

  • Did you include your reference code in the message/memo field?

  • Was the transfer sent from a Canadian personal account?

Tip: If you missed the reference code or used auto-deposit, email us right away.


🏦 Checklist: Bank Wires

  • Did you send from a Canadian personal bank account?

  • Did you enter the correct reference code in the wire memo?

  • Has it been at least 2 business days?


₿ Checklist: Bitcoin Deposits

  • Did you send to the correct wallet address from your dashboard?

  • Has the transaction received at least 1 confirmation?

  • Double-check the amount and status on a block explorer like mempool.space
