eTransfer not showing up? Don’t worry. Here’s how to fix the most common issues fast.

⏱️ First, Give It a Bit of Time

  • Most eTransfers arrive within 30 minutes.

  • If it’s been longer than an hour, here’s what to check:


✅ Common Fixes

  1. Wrong Email?

    • Double-check the email address you sent it to.

    • It must match exactly what’s shown in your dashboard.

  2. Missing Reference Code?

    • Your unique code must be in the message field.

    • If missing, your deposit can’t be automatically linked to your account.

  3. Auto-Deposit Setup?

    • If we don’t have your code and you used auto-deposit, contact support immediately with the eTransfer details.

  4. Sent from the Right Account?

    • Make sure it’s from a Canadian personal bank account (not business or joint).

  • Time of the transfer

  • Amount sent

  • Bank used
