It must match exactly what’s shown in your dashboard.
Missing Reference Code?
Your unique code must be in the message field.
If missing, your deposit can’t be automatically linked to your account.
Auto-Deposit Setup?
If we don’t have your code and you used auto-deposit, contact support immediately with the eTransfer details.
Sent from the Right Account?
Make sure it’s from a Canadian personal bank account (not business or joint).
