How to Turn On Auto-Buy

Learn how to enable Auto-Buy on your 1Bitcoin.ca account so eligible CAD Interac e-Transfers automatically purchase Bitcoin and send it to your wallet.

Auto-Buy lets you automate your Bitcoin purchases. When enabled, eligible CAD Interac e-Transfers are automatically used to buy Bitcoin at the current market price and send it directly to your default whitelisted Bitcoin address.

⚙️ Before You Enable Auto-Buy

Auto-Buy requires a default whitelisted Bitcoin address.

If you haven't added one yet:

  • scroll to the Whitelisted Bitcoin Addresses section

  • click Add Address

  • add your Bitcoin wallet address

  • set it as your default whitelisted address

Once a default address has been added, you'll be able to enable Auto-Buy.
