🕵️ What Counts as Suspicious?

  • An email, DM, or phone call claiming to be 1Bitcoin.ca support

  • Someone asking for your password, 2FA code, or wallet login

  • Unexpected login attempts or transactions on your account

  • Phishing websites or fake “Bitcoin doubling” schemes


📤 How to Report It

  1. Take a screenshot or copy the message you received.

  2. Note where it happened (email, Instagram, Discord, etc.).

  3. Contact us in your chat box with:

    • A short description

    • Any links or contact info

    • Your account email (if affected)


🔒 What We’ll Do

  • We’ll investigate immediately

  • We’ll block known scam accounts

  • We’ll secure your account if needed


👀 Stay Proactive

  • Change your password if you think it’s been compromised

  • Enable 2FA if you haven’t already

  • Let us know if you suspect anything—sooner is always better
