At 1Bitcoin.ca, we do not custody Bitcoin. Once your funds are loaded to your account and you're ready to buy, you provide your Bitcoin wallet address at the time of purchase, and we send the Bitcoin directly to that address— same day.
✅ Step-by-Step Process
1. Load Your Account
Send Canadian dollars to your 1Bitcoin.ca account via e-Transfer or wire.
Once your funds are received and cleared, your account will show your available voucher balance.
2. Submit a Purchase with Your Wallet Address
When you're ready to buy Bitcoin, enter your personal Bitcoin wallet address in the order form.
Double-check it—Bitcoin transactions are final and cannot be reversed.
3. We Send the Bitcoin
We process and send your Bitcoin same day, typically within a few hours.
You’ll receive a confirmation once it’s sent.
Important Notes
We do not hold your Bitcoin. Every order is fulfilled directly to your wallet.
You must provide your wallet address with each new order.
